About Disaster Care Capital: Disaster Care Capital (disastercarecapital.co.uk) is an established, UK-based enterprise dedicated to scaling specialized property recovery, structural restoration, and disaster management capital programs. Providing critical support layers to service networks that rebuild businesses and communities after unexpected events, our organization operates with deep commitment to operational rigor, commercial transparency, and process efficiency. As our distributed operational footprints expand, we are building a centralized, high-accountability virtual HR team to preserve internal process organization, policy governance, and professional compliance across all international operational divisions.

Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptionally organized, dependable, and proactive HR Generalist to join our centralized people management division under a full-time, long-term remote contractor engagement framework. Operating as our core workplace infrastructure administrator, you will step up to claim direct day-to-day administrative oversight, lifecycle document tracking, and internal compliance accountability across a scaling, multi-regional talent ecosystem. Shifting completely away from entry-level administrative data entry, generic customer support chat handling, or low-stakes textual copywriting, you will run an active recruitment screening, policy upkeep, and team metric analysis laboratory—partnering face-to-face with operational managers, department heads, and legal compliance teams. This position requires a mid-level people operations professional who manages employee documentation fluidly natively using HR Manager frameworks, evaluates candidate capabilities cleanly to enhance interview conversion pipelines, and directs workforce onboarding and offboarding systems confidently under strict UK operational schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Core HR Administration and Support: Take full, autonomous ownership over day-to-day human resources administration, delivering structured support layers to employees while maintaining total data organization.
  • Policy and Procedure Upkeep: Draft, update, and deploy comprehensive internal HR policies, employee playbooks, and corporate procedures, verifying total alignment with modern organizational standards natively utilizing HR Manager protocols.
  • End-to-End Talent Acquisition Support: Assist the recruitment engine by compiling clear job announcements, screening inbound candidate resumes, coordinating multi-stage interview calendars, and executing professional onboarding workflows.
  • Lifecycle Transition Management: Facilitate systematic hiring, structured mid-term performance management cycles, and secure, respectful offboarding operations across all active internal teams.
  • Performance Metric Tracking: Oversee, audit, and analyze essential employee key metrics, logging attendance statistics, updating performance evaluation tables, and distributing data-driven HR trend reports.
  • Managerial Compliance Advisory: Guide team leads with technical HR tracking, document compilation, and corporate policy compliance to foster a structured, high-accountability workplace culture.
  • Document Hygiene and Integrity: Audit and maintain employee files, contract records, and localized service-level agreements to guarantee absolute data accuracy, version control, and professional confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven professional experience operating within a human resources, talent acquisition, or highly structured administrative environment.
  • Solid foundational comprehension of core human resources processes, including complete employee records management, workplace governance, and standard policy frameworks.
  • Masterful communication strengths in English, possessing the verbal clarity and written precision required to deliver crisp corporate support and maintain clean policy records.
  • Outstanding organizational talent, displaying proactive follow-up abilities, meticulous attention to structural detail, and a highly methodical work habit.
  • Absolute professional ethics, with a proven history handling highly confidential, sensitive employee records and contract variables safely.
  • Timezone Alignment Parameters: Role requires a dedicated full-time schedule providing uncompromised daily synchronization during standard UK business working hours.
  • Location Context: Position features 100% remote work parameters open exclusively to qualified people operations specialists residing permanently within Armenia, North Macedonia, or the Philippines.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Applied familiarity tracking internal department KPIs, attendance rosters, and data-driven workforce analytics.
  • Prior background drafting corporate policy guidelines or deploying modern, cloud-based HR Information Systems (HRIS).

What We Offer

  • Vetted, Outcome-Driven Global Contractor Blueprint: Highly competitive, experience-calibrated monthly contractor rate aligned cleanly to regional market metrics and project responsibilities.
  • A fully distributed remote workspace layout offering complete geographic flexibility within designated country tracks, centered around tangible deliverables and outcome speed.
  • The ultimate professional sandbox to take direct ownership over multi-tier HR processes, influence internal culture paths, and grow alongside an accelerating property infrastructure firm.
  • Exposure to elite UK-based asset management structures within a collaborative, supportive, and completely fluff-free corporate landscape.
