Position Overview

We are seeking a highly autonomous, code-literate, and change-driven HQ AI Enablement Lead / Engineer, AI Product builder to completely redefine operations at Everfield HQ under a permanent, full-time remote configuration based out of Germany. In this blank-canvas infrastructure seat, you will be the absolute strategic and technical owner translating our enterprise AI strategy into execution roadmaps across central departments (HR, Finance, Legal, Mergers & Acquisitions, Operations). Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated data transcription loops, generic marketing copywriting, or simple corporate workshop slide design, you will run an active functional AI prototyping, LLM API integration, and automated workflow lab. Rather than lecturing with sticky notes, you will sit shoulder-to-shoulder with HQ teams to co-develop custom workflows and build real product tools using advanced agent architectures. This position requires an engineering-minded strategist with 3–7 years of history who maps automated processes fluidly natively using AI Engineer and prompt engineering parameters, commands hands-on experience script-tinkering with modern language model tokens, and accelerates developer productivity utilizing Claude Code environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • HQ Process Assessment & Strategy: Map, document, and evaluate the operational AI maturity thresholds across all central headquarters verticals natively utilizing AI Engineer techniques.
  • Autonomous Agent Prototyping: Build, implement, and benchmark functional proofs-of-concept and intelligent workflow tools leveraging Claude Code, moving past legacy automation blocks like Zapier or n8n.
  • LLM API Integration & Implementation: Write, configure, and maintain stable application connections utilizing completions, chat responses, and vector embeddings from OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure, Bedrock, and Openrouter.
  • Manual Workflow Elimination: Automate tedious, legacy corporate tasks through programmatic document processing, dynamic data enrichment, and real-time operational reporting engines.
  • Live Team Co-Development: Solve complex administrative barriers alongside non-technical colleagues in real-time, guiding users through modern technical methodologies without condescending jargon.
  • Scalable Material Architecture: Author, maintain, and publish standardized operational playbooks, structured code templates, and scaling training assets to support self-directed adoption across the company.
  • ROI & Outcome Telemetry Auditing: Track and document localized tool adoption indexes, quantifying real-time workflow reductions and reporting measurable ROI data back to the executive board.
  • Ecosystem Community Activation: Organize and lead enterprise-wide hackathons and technical focus groups alongside distributed portfolio engineers to cross-pollinate tooling breakthroughs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3–7 years of proven, successful professional history operating within a Management Consultant, Startup Technical Operations Lead, Tech-Savvy Project Manager, AI Solutions Builder, or closely matching data-driven tech capacity.
  • Grounded Hands-On AI Tinkering Record: An active GitHub account displaying script-level experimentation, tool customization, or personal code builds—proving a history of breaking, building, and fixing algorithmic frameworks.
  • Direct production familiarity leveraging core language model mechanisms, including API tokens, context windows, semantic embedding vectors, and basic programmatic prompts.
  • Outstanding structured thinking, consulting instincts, and stakeholder management capabilities, with a verified history turning ambiguous problems into actionable software steps.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication strengths in English, with an established capability to demystify complex technical structures clearly for varied audiences.
  • Location Context: Position operates under remote parameters open exclusively to qualified AI transformation specialists residing permanently within Germany (with willingness for occasional European hub travel up to 4 times per year).

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior technical or growth experience working within B2B SaaS software companies or venture capital/private equity portfolio scaling operations.
  • Fluency or working professional literacy in additional European languages (such as German, French, or Spanish) to interface smoothly with distributed regional leads.
  • Grounded knowledge of data privacy laws, security compliance parameters, or data scrubbing methodologies as they apply to enterprise language model workflows.
