About Twin Health: Twin Health empowers individuals to prevent and reverse chronic metabolic diseases like type 2 diabetes and obesity using AI Digital Twin technology. By analyzing thousands of data points from continuous glucose monitors (CGMs), smartwatches, and meal logs, Twin creates personalized metabolic models to guide members toward healthier lives. Members have achieved lowered A1C levels below the diabetes range, lasting weight loss, and reduced or eliminated medications.
Mission: Twin Health’s team is driven by a shared purpose: improving metabolic health and happiness for members. The company has been recognized for innovation and culture, including awards like Innovator of the Year by EHIR, inclusion in CB Insights’ Digital Health 100, and Newsweek’s Top Most Loved Workplace®. With over $100 million in funding, Twin is scaling rapidly across the U.S. and globally.
Opportunity: Join Twin Health as a Health Coach, inspiring behavior change and motivating members to adopt healthier habits. This role leverages a data- and AI-driven coaching model, where daily priorities, member outreach, and session focus are generated by the Twin platform using real-time data (CGM, weight, sleep, movement, and app engagement). Your role is to interpret these insights with empathy and motivational skill, adhering to standardized SOPs and collaborating with clinical teams.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a structured, metrics-driven, technology-forward environment and enjoy working within a standardized coaching model that evolves quickly as Twin scales. It is not suited for those seeking autonomy in independent or contract coaching.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with some evenings required. This is a W-2, employee-model role with a fixed schedule and team coverage obligations.

- Adapt to frequent changes in tools, protocols, and schedules as Twin scales
Responsibilities:
- Onboard, activate, and manage members as part of a seamless coaching experience
- Conduct 15-minute and 30-minute virtual coaching sessions via video or phone to engage members in setting goals, managing care, and staying motivated
- Motivate and coach members to achieve health goals as designated by the Twin app, using AI-powered tools for metrics-driven insights
- Provide general education on healthy eating principles and lifestyle strategies, without crossing into Medical Nutrition Therapy
- Use AI tools for daily member rounding and complete progress notes within 24 hours
- Provide feedback on member metrics (weight, CGM, sleep, movement, adherence, app engagement) and identify opportunities for improvement
- Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures for member management and escalations
- Collaborate with coaching teams, providers, nurses, and operations to drive a seamless member experience
- Participate in pilot programs and support additional programs as needed
- Collect member testimonials for partner success needs
- Provide coverage for weekend and holiday on-call responsibilities (approximately 2–4x per year) and unplanned PTO visits
- Maintain a high-volume, uncapped caseload with flexibility to work evening shifts or adjust schedules as needed
- Maintain a HIPAA-compliant remote work environment with reliable internet connectivity
Productivity:
- Thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with competing priorities
- Demonstrate strong time management, staying within allotted session lengths
- Consistently meet or exceed productivity and quality benchmarks, including session-time adherence
- Work autonomously while remaining aligned with team goals and SOPs
- Adapt quickly to evolving tools, processes, and business needs
Communication:
- Clear, confident communicator across member and internal interactions
- Strong team player who collaborates effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Balances efficiency with empathy in every interaction, including time-boxed sessions
- Skilled in de-escalation and handling challenging conversations with professionalism
- Communicates effectively across multiple channels (phone, video, chat, email)
Human-Centered Service & Hospitality:
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment
- Passionate about member success and skilled in having difficult conversations
- Open to learning from constructive feedback, including adapting to new tools or processes
- Measurable track record of member satisfaction and understanding of NPS (Net Promoter Score)
- Passionate about Twin’s purpose to transform lives by reversing, preventing, and improving chronic metabolic diseases
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a metabolic health coaching role or dietitian setting
- Demonstrated comfort blending motivational interviewing and behavior-change coaching with metrics-driven, AI-informed direction
- Proficient in navigating complex technology, including remote member apps, AI systems, and internal dashboards
- Experience managing a high-volume, uncapped caseload or clear ability/willingness to do so
- Comfortable operating within a fixed schedule, standardized SOPs, and structured coaching model
- Open mindset; flexible and adaptable to frequent process, tool, and schedule changes
Preferred:
- Experience supporting cardiometabolic conditions (T2D, pre-diabetes, obesity)
- Experience thriving in a high-growth, quickly changing environment (startup experience)
- Prior experience maintaining a high-volume, uncapped caseload
- Experience delivering back-to-back coaching via video calls
- Prior experience in a W-2, employee-model coaching or clinical role
