Marketers at ChartHop combine creativity, strategic thinking, customer empathy, and sound judgment with AI-powered tools to achieve outcomes beyond traditional capabilities.

About the Role

This position seeks a strategic, hands-on operator to oversee ChartHop’s go-to-market engine, consolidating onto HubSpot as the unified sales and marketing CRM. The role involves building systems, data foundations, and reporting to ensure marketing and sales operate from a single source of truth, converting data into actionable insights.

The ideal candidate blends marketing operations depth and revenue operations acumen, comfortable with architecting lead lifecycles, cleaning messy data, and creating funnel analytics. They must be proactive, tackling issues head-on and bringing a strategic, analytical lens to every task.

What You’ll Own

Marketing Operations

  • Own the marketing technology stack (HubSpot and integrations), ensuring tools are configured, connected, and delivering value.
  • Lead data quality, enrichment, segmentation, and governance to ensure the team trusts and acts on its data.
  • Architect the lead lifecycle, routing, and SLAs.
  • Run campaign operations and QA, and build workflow automation and nurture execution.
  • Own attribution and full-funnel reporting as the marketing single source of truth.
  • Develop dashboards and executive-level reporting.
  • Serve as the GTM engineering and AI-automation champion across marketing, identifying automation and AI opportunities.

Revenue Operations

  • Build sales reporting and dashboards in HubSpot, expanding the single source of truth across the full go-to-market funnel.
  • Deliver full-funnel conversion analytics, from SAL to SQL through each pipeline stage.
  • Provide visibility at aggregate and individual rep levels, distinguishing lead-quality issues from qualification and execution gaps.
  • Surface trends by persona and industry to inform outbound strategy and identify coaching opportunities.
  • Lend expertise on account book creation and sales-ops projects; larger builds supported by technical resources.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to define metrics and insights for efficiency and growth.

Cross-functional & Strategic Mandate

  • Act as the connective tissue between marketing and sales, aligning definitions, data, and reporting.
  • Lead the Salesforce-to-HubSpot migration and the subsequent operating model.
  • Proactively identify and resolve process and system gaps across the funnel.
  • Bring a business-level perspective to planning, measurement, and growth.

How You’ll Be Measured

  • Data accuracy and completeness; database health (duplicates, bounce rate, enrichment coverage).
  • SAL → SQL conversion rate and conversion efficiency.
  • Speed-to-lead and routing SLA adherence.
  • Funnel-stage velocity and conversion rates across the full funnel.
  • Attribution and pipeline reporting accuracy (trusted single source of truth).
  • Marketing automation adoption and operational efficiency.
  • Quality and usage of sales and marketing dashboards by leadership and reps.

What We’re Looking For

  • Deep hands-on expertise with HubSpot; experience operating it as a combined sales and marketing CRM is a strong plus. Familiarity with Salesforce is helpful.
  • A genuinely analytical mindset, fluent in funnel and conversion data, capable of building reporting that answers real questions.
  • A track record spanning marketing operations and revenue/sales operations, with the ability to see problems from multiple business perspectives.
  • Comfort moving between strategy and tactical execution; design systems and build them.
  • Proactivity and ownership; spot issues and fix them without waiting to be asked.
  • Strong, direct communication; challenge assumptions constructively and bring a clear point of view.
  • Curiosity and a bias toward learning; willingness to explore what you don’t yet know.
  • Ability to maintain reliable overlap with US working hours.

How This Role Can Grow

The role is currently scoped for one strong operator to span marketing and revenue operations at ChartHop’s current scale. As the company grows, there’s potential for the role to expand, take on additional scope, and build and lead a team over time.

ChartHop (operating at charthop.com) is an organizational intelligence platform engineered for modern enterprises seeking to transform how they manage and understand their workforce. Founded in 2018 by Ian White, CEO and CTO, and headquartered in the United States, ChartHop specializes in consolidating fragmented people and business data—unlike traditional HR tools that operate in silos. Under the hood, the platform aggregates real-time data from disparate sources (HRIS, payroll, performance reviews, etc.) and constructs a dynamic, interactive organizational model. This allows leaders to visualize management hierarchies, track headcount planning, and uncover actionable insights about talent distribution and alignment. The solution is particularly valuable for mid-sized to large organizations aiming to enhance transparency and strategic decision-making. While specific funding details are not publicly disclosed, the company’s estimated annual recurring revenue (ARR) of $6.5 million in 2025 underscores its growing traction in the people analytics space.
