Head of Marketing

About the Role: GRVT is a pioneering exchange architected on its own yield-generating, tokenized deposit layer. We are seeking a Head of Marketing to operate as a market strategist, narrative architect, and ecosystem builder. You will translate product innovation into market dominance by leading our global marketing strategy across brand, growth, content, and ecosystem expansion.

What You'll Do

• Own and orchestrate a global go-to-market (GTM) strategy for token launches, major product releases, and platform milestones.
• Architect and execute GRVT's Token Generation Event (TGE) strategy, spanning pre-launch positioning, exchange listings, and post-TGE engagement.
• Design and scale GRVT's community across X (Twitter), Discord, and Telegram, building structured systems like ambassador programs.
• Build and manage high-leverage relationships with KOLs, crypto media, exchanges, and DeFi protocols.
• Own the full performance marketing stack, manage the global marketing budget, and leverage AI tools to enhance scalability.

What You Bring

• 8–10 years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles within high-growth Web3 or crypto companies.
• Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, DeFi, token markets, and on-chain user behaviour.
• Proven track record of leading successful TGE or token launch campaigns end-to-end.
• Exceptional storytelling ability and hands-on experience in performance marketing and growth execution.
• Bonus: Experience at a crypto exchange, DEX, or trading-focused DeFi protocol, and a strong existing network of KOLs and ecosystem partners.
