We’re looking for an engineering-minded owner of the systems our Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams run on: CRM, marketing automation, CPQ, and the tools around them. This is not a ticket-queue role. Business teams will bring you solutions (e.g., 'add a field,' 'build me a report'). Your job is to find the problem behind the request and see how a change affects every connected system. Then fix it once, ideally so the next person can do it themselves without filing a request. You’ll have an internal engineering team to lean on, and you’ll use AI tools daily to build faster.
