Job Description

About the Role: Nightfall is the AI-native, unified data loss prevention and insider risk management platform protecting sensitive data across SaaS, GenAI, and more. We're hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own pipeline creation. You'll join an early marketing team to build a repeatable, scalable demand generation engine from day one.

What You'll Do

  • Own net-new qualified meetings and pipeline generation as your core metric.
  • Stand up and scale core growth channels: paid, SEO, lifecycle, and conversion systems.
  • Build multi-channel, AI-powered pipeline engines including paid acquisition (LinkedIn, Google, Reddit) and ABM programs.
  • Identify and partner with security influencers and niche creators for scalable demand channels.
  • Run a disciplined experimentation system to continuously test messaging, channels, audiences, and creative.

What You Bring

  • 3–7+ years in B2B growth, demand generation, or acquisition, with a track record of hitting pipeline targets.
  • Proven builder experience—has built demand engines from scratch, not just optimized existing programs.
  • AI-native operator who actively uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for campaign creation and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with paid acquisition, ABM, enterprise GTM motions, and CRM systems like HubSpot.
  • Analytical rigor with fluency in attribution, funnel metrics, and performance analysis.

Benefits

  • Base salary range: $120,000 – $140,000 per year, plus stock options.
  • Opportunity to build the growth engine from zero at a well-funded, top-tier cybersecurity startup.
  • Comprehensive benefits and perks.
  • Fully remote work flexibility within the United States.
