Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for a Growth Manager to join our growing team at Super.com! This is a high-value and high-impact role where you will be responsible for helping build and oversee growth channels to scale our platforms using a strong analytical and data-driven approach. The role will encompass strategy, stakeholder management, account management, P&L responsibility, and project management.

What You'll Do

  • Discover, test, and scale user acquisition channels, balancing volume with LTV/CAC.
  • Formulate digital strategy through data-driven judgements and channel best practices.
  • Play an active role in budgeting and forecasting, ensuring acceptable CP and EBITDA levels.
  • Actively collaborate with the product team to explore new opportunities.
  • Collaborate and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet business needs.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of performance marketing strategy and execution (SEM / Programmatic / APP).
  • Strong reporting and data assessment experience, including querying and pulling data (Excel, Google Analytics, Looker, Amplitude).
  • High proficiency with data modeling, analysis, and ROAS forecasting and management.
  • Proactive mindset, eager to take ownership and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Bonus: Experience with post-checkout networks (Rokt, Fluent), subscription-based businesses, or working at a high-growth startup.
