Role Overview
We are seeking a deeply technical, mechanism-driven B2C Growth Hacker to own the discipline of attracting high-intent platform participants. This is not a conventional paid-media or ad-spend position. Instead of scaling Google or Meta ad sets, you will architect programmatic distribution channels—including product-led viral loops, referral mechanics, community partnerships, scraping frameworks, and automated agentic outreach pipelines to unlock massive user density across new and existing emerging markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquisition Engine Architecture: Design, test, and deploy compounding user loops, local community partnerships, regional distribution channels, and organic referral frameworks.
- Workflow Automation: Build and scale automated scraping pipelines for community discovery, leveraging LLMs for personalized outreach and orchestration via tools like Make, n8n, or Zapier.
- Geographic Strategy Mapping: Target and systematically unlock regional supply-side user channels driven directly by Fortune 500 client data demands.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Run aggressive weekly experiments; measure core growth metrics including cost per activated participant, task completion velocity, and repeat retention rates while cutting non-converting pathways within 14 days.
- Full-Stack Content Copy: Draft your own conversion copy, write scripts, and map data visualization dashboards before systematizing and scaling winning frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record scaling a B2C marketplace, high-volume gig ecosystem, crowdsourcing app, or multi-sided tech platform.
- Mechanistic growth mindset—someone who naturally builds programmatic systems (e.g., automated chat engines) over static marketing campaigns.
- Highly fluent with agentic tooling architectures, including LLM-based outreach orchestration, web scraping utilities, no-code integrations, and basic SQL data processing.
- Direct experience launching or scaling technology products within emerging markets, adapting channel mixes to fit country-specific nuances.
- Highly autonomous execution—capable of writing standalone scripts, workflows, and growth briefs without needing a massive team support footprint.
Not a Fit If
- Your default growth strategy is turning on Meta, TikTok, or Google ad budgets.
- You require an engineering or design team of five to ship a lightweight validation workflow.
- You measure marketing success metrics primarily in vanity sign-ups, impressions, or traditional B2B MQLs.
