Job Description

About the Role: Welltech is a global company with a mission to move everybody to start and stay well for life. We are looking for a Performance-Driven Graphic Designer to join our Creative Production team. You will produce high-impact visual assets that drive user action and support rapid experimentation across our innovative wellness apps.

What You'll Do

  • Design high-volume static ads for platforms like Meta and Google, focusing on clarity, visual hierarchy, and conversion-oriented messaging.
  • Develop new visual concepts and iterate quickly based on feedback and performance insights.
  • Use AI tools to speed up ideation and production as part of your daily workflow.
  • Work closely with Marketing Managers, following clear briefs and incorporating feedback efficiently.
  • Handle multiple design tasks in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.

What You Bring

  • 1+ year of experience in graphic design (performance marketing experience preferred).
  • Solid foundation in graphic design principles (typography, layout, color, hierarchy) demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to generate or enhance design assets.
  • Bonus: Basic knowledge of After Effects or video editing, and an understanding of user acquisition metrics.
