You are the visual engine of the Pod. Every image you create is the first thing a customer sees — and it directly determines whether they click and buy. At GigaBrands, great design isn't decoration. It's a performance lever.

You'll collaborate daily with an Account Manager and Brand Manager to produce Amazon creative assets — listing images, A+ Content, Premium A+, Brand Story, and Storefront — at the highest quality and at speed. Your work moves CTR and CVR numbers. That's what we measure. That's what matters.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

1. Core Creative Output

  • Create all listing images, A+ Content, Premium A+ Content, Brand Story, and Storefront assets
  • Standard deliverable per listing: 7 images for the PDP and 5 images for A+ Content
  • Always produce both mobile and desktop versions for every deliverable
  • Use AI tools throughout — but every image must look natural, brand-accurate, and trustworthy
  • Ensure product accuracy and consistency across all images in every set
  • Never use unlicensed stock assets — verify licensing on everything

2. Image Workflow & Brief Execution

  • Review the creative brief in full before starting — research the product, competitors, and keywords independently to fill any gaps
  • Gather color palette and font details from the brief; reference client website or social media for style direction
  • Use the Listing Optimization AI tool to generate multiple creative options — the best version goes to the client
  • Submit completed images in Figma to the AM for review
  • Proactively request the creative brief from the AM if it is missing or incomplete — don't wait

3. Seller Central — Drafts Only

  • Create and preview A+ Content, Premium A+ Content, and Brand Story drafts in Seller Central
  • Save all projects as DRAFT only — the AM handles all uploads and submissions to live ASINs
  • The GD role ends at client approval — no exceptions

4. File Management & Organization

  • Save all editable source files (Figma, layered files) and final exports to the correct client folders
  • Follow the Internal and External Final folder naming convention confirmed with the AM
  • If you are unavailable, another team member must be able to pick up and complete any work immediately
  • Build listing optimization templates to reduce time per project and increase output volume

5. ClickUp & Time Tracking

  • Set a time estimate, start date, and end date on every task — start and stop time tracking daily
  • Revision tasks take priority over new tasks every single day — action them first
  • Every Friday: confirm a minimum of 8 hours of work is queued for the following week; flag to AM or BM immediately if not
  • Keep ClickUp capacity data accurate — this is how workload is planned and output is measured

6. AI & Automation

  • Use AI tools throughout the design process — maximize the Listing Optimization AI tool on every project
  • Build templates and repeatable workflows to reduce time estimates and increase image volume
  • Identify and suggest at least one new automation or workflow improvement per quarter
  • Every AI-generated image must look natural and brand-accurate before submission — no artificial-looking output

7. Design Standards & Ongoing Excellence

  • Stay current with Amazon design best practices, creative trends, and platform guidelines
  • Research and analyze competitor designs and design trends relevant to current clients weekly
  • Share design insights, case studies, and performance data in Pod meetings
  • Review previous client assets before starting any new project to maintain brand consistency

HOW YOU'LL BE MEASURED

Creativity & Quality

Every image is visually outstanding, on-brand, and built to drive CTR and CVR. No low-effort or unnatural AI output is submitted.

Quantity — Images Produced

Consistent volume of images delivered per week across assigned clients and ASINs. Templates increase this number over time.

Capacity Planning

ClickUp is updated daily. Time estimates are accurate. Minimum 8 hours queued every Friday for the following week.

Revision Rate

Lower revisions mean the brief was understood and executed correctly. Proactively clarify before starting to reduce back-and-forth.

CTR & CVR Impact

Log the date images go live and track performance changes with the AM. Image results are a direct reflection of design quality.

Client Approval & Feedback

Client approves with minimal revisions. Positive client feedback is tracked and shared with the team.

AI & Automation

AI tools are used throughout. Templates are built and reused. New workflow improvements are identified and shared quarterly.

Upskilling

New design and Amazon creative knowledge demonstrated in Pod meetings. Always current on platform guidelines and trends.

Internal Communication

AM and BM are always informed on progress. Blockers flagged immediately. No surprises.

Requirements

WHO YOU ARE

You're not just a designer. You're a performance creative who understands that every pixel has a job to do. You take briefs seriously, ask smart questions before starting, and deliver work that makes clients say yes with minimal revisions. You're fast, organized, and obsessed with quality.

  • Strong Amazon creative portfolio — listing images, A+, Brand Story, or Storefront
  • Proficient in Figma — your primary tool for all deliverables
  • Comfortable using AI image tools and building efficient design workflows
  • Detail-oriented — product accuracy and brand consistency are non-negotiable for you
  • Organized and self-managed — ClickUp time tracking and capacity planning don't intimidate you
  • Proactive communicator — you flag blockers early and never leave the AM guessing
  • Hungry to learn — Amazon design guidelines, platform trends, and creative performance data interest you

WHAT TO EXPECT — ONBOARDING

Before your start date, you'll be expected to:

  • Complete all GigaBrands University modules relevant to Graphic Design
  • Set up and learn all required tools (Figma, ClickUp, Slack, Notion, Seller Central, Listing Optimizations AI, Airtable)
  • Read the Graphics Playbook on Notion cover to cover
  • Review previous client designs and creative briefs to understand the quality standard expected

From Day 1, you're expected to operate at full standard. Your first creative asset is submitted via Figma to the AM for review. Results are expected immediately — not after a ramp period.

TOOLS YOU'LL MASTER

  • Figma
  • Listing Optimizations AI
  • Amazon Seller Central (drafts only)
  • ClickUp
  • Slack
  • Notion
  • Google Workspace
  • Google Calendar
  • Zoom
  • Airtable
  • Gmail

Mastery of each tool is non-negotiable. Tutorial and onboarding videos for all tools must be completed before your start date.

Benefits

OUR CORE VALUES

These are operating principles, not wall art. Every design decision runs through them.

  • Be a Moral Human: Integrity in every asset, every interaction, every decision. Do right by your clients, teammates, and the people around you.
  • Improve 1% Daily: One automation. One new design insight. One sharper creative question per meeting. Compound growth applies to people, not just businesses.
  • Extreme Ownership: No blame. No excuses. Your deliverables, your quality, your results. If an image isn't landing, own it and fix it.
  • Solve, Don't Escalate: Before raising an issue, ask: what's my proposed solution? Bring answers, not just blockers.
  • Make an Impact: Every image you create should move the needle. Focus on output that actually drives performance.
  • Fail Forward: Bold creative choices are encouraged. If something doesn't work, identify it quickly, document the learning, and pivot.

BENEFITS

  • 🌍 Fully Remote, Always: Work from anywhere in the world, year-round. No return-to-office surprises — ever.
  • 🏖️ PTO After Probation: Earn paid time off after successfully completing your probationary period. We believe in rewarding commitment.
  • Real Growth, Fast: Weekly upskilling, GigaBrands University access, and a team that celebrates 1% improvements every day. Your growth here is deliberate and measurable.
  • 🤝 Culture That Means It: Core values aren't wall art here — they're discussed and applied at every Pod meeting. Ownership, boldness, and failing forward are genuinely rewarded.
  • 🛠️ Best-in-Class Toolstack: Figma, Listing Optimizations AI, Claude AI, ClickUp — you'll become expert-level across all of them, making you more valuable everywhere you go.
  • 👥 Tight-Knit Pod Structure: Work directly alongside a Brand Manager and Account Manager who give clear briefs, fast feedback, and real creative direction. Collaboration is the operating model.

Your designs are the first thing a customer sees. If that responsibility excites you, we want to hear from you.
