Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative, detailed, and autonomous Graphic Designer to join our client’s marketing team under a permanent, part-time remote configuration based in Egypt. In this high-leverage brand expression seat, you will be the absolute owner of translating marketing concepts into visually stunning, conversion-focused assets for both digital and print surfaces. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated administrative transcription loops, entry-level web layout text inputs, or manual script log recording, you will operate an active rich-media social layout, digital advertising design, and multi-platform visual identity alignment laboratory. Partnering directly beside distributed Marketing, Content, and Product squads, you will establish uncompromised consistency across every public consumer touchpoint. This position requires a visual communication professional with 2–5 years of history who maps brand guidelines fluidly natively using Graphic Design, Figma, and Presentation Design primitives, commands complete mastery over modern publishing software, and handles project constraints with extreme organizational agility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Channel Brand Governance: Design high-quality, engaging visual assets across a diverse range of digital channels—encompassing social media networks, website layouts, custom landing pages, email workflows, and digital advertisements natively utilizing Graphic Design best practices.
  • Marketing Materials Instrumentation: Author and deploy striking physical and digital marketing assets, producing custom brochures, professional presentations, multi-tier banners, scannable infographics, and high-impact promotional collateral.
  • Paid Campaign Visual Scaffolding: Develop tailored, high-converting creative variants specifically optimized for performance marketing pipelines across major platforms (including Meta Ads, Google Display Network, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Cross-Functional Asset Synthesis: Collaborate next to distributed marketing and product teams to conceptualize, iterate, and translate abstract campaign ideas into definitive, scannable visual narratives.
  • Visual Identity Evolution Control: Maintain, refine, and safeguard the overarching company brand guidelines, ensuring absolute typography hierarchy, color theory matching, and layout composition parameters.
  • Event and Launch Telemetry Support: Produce high-end multimedia visuals and promotional graphics for upcoming product launches, digital webinars, corporate events, and internal communications loops.
  • Print Production Triage: Supervise post-production formatting when required, ensuring file compositions are exported into absolute print-ready formats with zero resolution defects.
  • Design Process Optimization: Juggling multiple parallel design sprints simultaneously while ensuring quick turnaround cycles, incorporating constructive team feedback seamlessly into fast iterations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Possess a formal Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a closely related creative discipline.
  • A minimum of 2–5 years of proven, successful professional history operating within a Graphic Designer, Digital Media Artist, Brand Identity Specialist, Creative Marketing Associate, or closely matching tech-driven design capacity.
  • Expert Creative Suite Command: Absolute, production-grade operational fluency manipulating complex layer environments and timeline vectors natively utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
  • Hands-on operational intimacy configuring prototype layouts and marketing templates within Figma and Canva ecosystem spaces.
  • Deep structural comprehension of advanced typographical layouts, modern color palettes, optical composition balancing, and multi-format display parameters.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication strengths in English, with a documented history presenting visual ideas and adapting design structures confidently based on cohort feedback metrics.
  • Location & Job Type Context: Position operates under part-time remote guidelines open exclusively to qualified creative and visual communication authorities residing permanently within Egypt.
