Graphic Designer

About the Role: IBMC is assisting a high-growth Ecommerce and Digital Brand group in hiring a creative and strategic Graphic Designer. We are looking for a proactive designer to create high-conversion visual assets across multiple digital touchpoints, from social media ads to product packaging.

What You'll Do

• Design high-impact visuals for social media (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest), email newsletters, and display advertising.
• Create web banners, landing page assets, and product infographics to enhance the user journey and increase conversion rates.
• Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity across all platforms, ensuring a cohesive look and feel.
• Analyze the performance of your designs and iterate based on data and feedback to maximize ROAS.
• Collaborate on creative concepts for seasonal launches and perform basic retouching of product photography.

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, preferably from an Ecommerce or Digital Agency background.
• A mandatory portfolio showcasing performance-based design (ads, landing pages, email marketing).
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva/Figma.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, typography, and visual hierarchy tailored for online consumers.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
