Graphic Designer

About the Role: Our client is a creative-driven organization operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. We are looking for a Graphic Designer to lead both the execution and direction of creative projects. You will bridge hands-on design work with strategic art direction, taking ownership of projects from ideation through final delivery while ensuring high production quality.

What You'll Do

• Design digital advertising assets for paid social, display, and create print materials like brochures and large-format assets.
• Map user flows, design responsive layouts across breakpoints, and apply UX/UI principles to improve interaction patterns.
• Evolve and maintain brand identity systems across all digital and print touchpoints.
• Integrate AI tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, LTX) for pre-production workflows, storyboarding, and creative exploration.
• Present well-reasoned creative directions, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor junior designers.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design or art direction, preferably in an agency or client-services environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of print production standards, responsive web design, and UX/UI principles.
• Fluent English communication skills with the ability to present and defend creative decisions.
• Bonus: Experience with HubSpot CMS and knowledge of email design best practices.
