About the Role: A-LIGN is the leading provider of cybersecurity compliance programs. As a Go-To-Market (GTM) Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing cross-functional initiatives that bring products and services to market successfully. You will drive clarity, accountability, and operational precision across Sales, Marketing, Product, Enablement, and Operations teams.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end GTM programs, translating strategy into coordinated execution plans across Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps teams.
  • Orchestrate complex, multi-stream initiatives such as product launches, enablement rollouts, and packaging changes.
  • Establish and lead GTM operating cadences, including weekly execution tracking and quarterly planning cycles.
  • Build scalable GTM processes, templates, playbooks, and documentation to improve speed and consistency.
  • Define, track, and report GTM success metrics in partnership with RevOps, providing data-driven insights to leadership.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional programs, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth GTM environment.
  • Strong expertise in program management tools (e.g., Asana) and revenue systems like Salesforce.
  • Proven track record of managing senior stakeholders and driving accountability across diverse teams.
  • A customer- and revenue-oriented mindset, ensuring programs align with business impact and adoption.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, adapting plans as business priorities and market conditions evolve.
