KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Industry Go-to-Market Execution
- Support execution of go-to-market programs across priority industries, including Retail, Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics, Energy, Insurance, Healthcare, and other strategic growth markets.
- Develop and maintain industry messaging, value propositions, customer stories, and sales collateral.
- Create and maintain industry landing pages, webinars, campaigns, nurture programs, and supporting marketing assets.
- Support industry-specific product launches and commercialization initiatives.
Customer & Market Intelligence
- Conduct customer interviews, market research, and competitive analysis to support go-to-market planning.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging customer needs, buying center evolution, and competitive positioning.
- Translate market insights into messaging, campaign recommendations, and customer-facing content.
- Maintain industry personas, use cases, and supporting documentation.
Sales Enablement
- Develop sales plays, battle cards, presentations, customer proof points, and enablement materials.
- Partner with Sales and Business Development to support strategic account planning and executive meetings.
- Ensure customer-facing messaging remains consistent across campaigns, presentations, and outbound programs.
- Support development of case studies, testimonials, and industry-specific success stories.
Campaign & Program Execution
- Execute industry webinars, customer panels, conference follow-up campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Creative Services, and Digital Marketing to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities supporting strategic growth initiatives.
- Support AI-assisted marketing workflows and identify opportunities to improve campaign execution through automation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Creative Services.
- Support multiple strategic initiatives as business priorities evolve.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of AccuWeather’s go-to-market processes and marketing effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Industry Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, or Go-to-Market roles.
- Experience developing customer-facing marketing content and sales enablement materials.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes and customer journeys.
- Excellent written communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate customer and market insights into actionable marketing programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting enterprise software, SaaS, APIs, data, AI, or technology solutions.
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and content development tools.
- Experience supporting webinars, conferences, customer advisory boards, or executive events.
- Experience working with vertical marketing programs and enterprise sales organizations.
