Global Mobility Manager - Field Services

About the Role: Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. We are looking for a Global Mobility Manager - Field Services to partner directly with Deel's go-to-market and internal teams. In this pre-sales role, you will work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to support prospective clients, translating complex client needs into actionable, scalable, and compliant workforce solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead as the technical authority for Deel's Field Services segment, driving enterprise pre-sales across staffing, RPO, and project-based organizations.
• Own the end-to-end technical sales cycle—leading discovery, shaping solutions, responding to RFPs, and delivering tailored demos.
• Translate complex, multi-jurisdictional requirements into clear, compliant solution designs with defined implementation roadmaps.
• Advise customers on structuring compliant workforce models, including secondments, shadow payroll, and offshore employment frameworks.
• Build and scale a field service-specific pre-sales asset library, including compliance frameworks and objection-handling playbooks.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of deep, practical knowledge of the field services industry, gained through direct experience with offshore, onshore, or project-based workforce environments.
• Demonstrated understanding of different offshore employment models and multi-jurisdictional compliance.
• Outstanding presentation and storytelling skills, always focusing on customer value.
• Entrepreneurial DNA with a collaborative, can-do attitude in a fast-moving start-up environment.
• Bonus: Mobility, Commercial, or Tax exposure, and multilingual capability.
