Job Description

About the Role: Docker is a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built. As a critical member of the Global Channels and Strategic Alliances organization, your primary mission is to define, operationalize, and scale the ISV co-selling motion across our ecosystem. You will connect strategic ISV and channel partners with our direct and indirect selling teams to drive account success and revenue scale.

What You'll Do

  • Operationalize the Co-Sell Motion by establishing it as a core part of the standard outreach process for all Docker BDRs and Account Executives.
  • Drive complex co-sell motions involving ISVs, Channel Partners, and Docker sales reps, and track partner-sourced pipeline.
  • Identify and onboard ISV and technology partners that align with Docker’s technical priorities and act as a bridge between partners, sales, and product.
  • Create playbooks and enablement materials to allow sales reps to efficiently leverage partner relationships.
  • Execute high-impact GTM plans, campaigns, and field engagement activities with priority partners.

What You Bring

  • 5–10 years of experience in enterprise software alliances, partnerships, or business development.
  • Deep understanding of the DevOps, DevSecOps, or Cloud Infrastructure ecosystem (e.g., Snyk, JFrog).
  • Working knowledge of sales management applications such as Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Proven ability to deliver net-new sales pipeline and closed-won revenue through an ecosystem motion.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary ($188,300 – $269,000 / year in the US, €165.9K – €237K in the EU) plus OTE and equity.
  • Freedom and flexibility to fit your work around your life with a fully remote setup.
  • 16 weeks of paid parental leave, technology stipends, and continuous learning budgets.
  • Designated Whaleness Days, generous PTO, and comprehensive health/retirement benefits.
