Job Description
About the Role: At Crisp, we're on a mission to help law firms grow their revenue and impact. We're hiring a HubSpot Sales Data Operations team member to support our Sales organization by owning data accuracy, workflow execution, and system reliability inside HubSpot to drive revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Own data cleanliness and accuracy inside HubSpot across the entire sales pipeline.
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot HubSpot workflows, automations, and integrations.
- Maintain the integrity of the deal pipeline and ensure accurate tracking of sales KPIs.
- Diagnose system issues and build clear, step-by-step process documentation (SOPs).
- Train Sales team members on correct system usage and ensure new hires are properly onboarded.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience managing a company's HubSpot instance for Sales.
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines, funnel stages, and workflow automation.
- High level of proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, lookups, data handling).
- Strong problem-solving ability, resourcefulness, and capability to work U.S. business hours.
- Bonus: HubSpot certifications, experience with Zapier, Coefficient, or AI tools.
