Global Events Intern

About the Team:

The Global Events team at Binance is responsible for delivering the company’s key events and experiences worldwide. This includes large-scale flagship conferences, community events, VIP experiences, KOL programs, and smaller regional activations. The team creates memorable experiences that bring the Binance brand to life.

Working closely with teams across Marketing, Business Development, Operations, Product, and regional markets, the Global Events team manages events across multiple countries and time zones. As part of the team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in both large-scale international events and smaller, high-impact initiatives.

Binance is seeking a proactive and organized Global Events Intern to support the team across the full event lifecycle, from research and planning to onsite execution and post-event reporting.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with experienced event managers and contribute to real global events. Your responsibilities will include event coordination, guest and ticket management, venue research, social media engagement, swag distribution, and onsite operations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You should take ownership of tasks, be comfortable diving into details, and collaborate effectively with a global team.

• Support the Global Event Marketing team on all event-related duties.

• Coordinate events of both large and small scales, including on-site event support as needed.

• Manage ticketing, registration, and guest lists, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

• Assist with venue, vendor, and market research across different countries and regions.

• Support event logistics, including schedules, attendee information, event materials, and operational requirements.

• Research and develop creative event activation ideas to encourage attendee participation, generate social-first content, and amplify user-generated content across social media. Translate insights into practical activations that increase event visibility and audience engagement.

• Support data entry, event reporting, and post-event analysis.

• Assist with other global event initiatives and ad-hoc projects as required.

• Collaborate with team members across different time zones and markets to ensure smooth event execution.

• Attention to detail and a collaborative spirit are essential.

• Positive, curious, and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and get hands-on with all aspects of event delivery.

• Strong organizational and communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.

• Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Adaptable to flexible working hours and remote collaboration.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Google Docs, Sheets, and Forms).

• Fluency in English is required for coordinating with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages are a plus.

• Previous experience in event coordination and planning.

• Appreciation of and adaptability to different countries’ cultures and work patterns.

• Confidence to work autonomously and take ownership of assigned tasks.

• Strong sense of self-accountability to set personal deadlines.
