German Customer Service Agent - Remote

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming chat, mail, or phone calls
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools
• Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts, and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements

• Fluency in German (C1 - C2)
• Very good command of English (B2 – C1)
• Good MS Office skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
