Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers, delivering professional and empathetic support across all communication channels including phone, email, and live chat within an automotive industry context.
  • Provide accurate, detailed information regarding automotive products, vehicle specifications, warranties, service schedules, and dealership queries to customers across German-speaking markets.
  • Assist customers with vehicle-related inquiries, including roadside assistance coordination, recall notifications, and after-sales support, ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer journey.
  • Log and manage customer interactions with precision using CRM systems, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records of all case developments within the automotive customer service platform.
  • Liaise effectively with internal automotive industry teams, escalating complex technical or commercial issues to the appropriate departments to ensure swift and satisfactory resolution.
  • Uphold and promote brand values and customer care standards specific to the automotive client, consistently representing the organisation in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
  • Monitor and follow up on open customer cases, proactively communicating updates to ensure transparency and build long-term customer trust and loyalty.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing customer feedback and insights with team leads and quality assurance teams to enhance the overall automotive customer experience.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent German language skills (spoken and written) are essential for this role — a high level of German proficiency is mandatory.
  • Valid EU passport or European Economic Area (EEA) travel document (mandatory requirement).
  • Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or a client-facing role is highly advantageous; experience within the automotive industry or a related sector is a distinct asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine customer-first mindset and the ability to handle sensitive or complex automotive queries with professionalism and care.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with the self-discipline, focus, and technical setup required to perform effectively from home within Greece.
  • Proficiency in English at a working level is beneficial for internal communications and training purposes.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or customer support software is a plus; full training will be provided.
