Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, data-driven Geospatial Specialist to join our global Data Success organization. In this unique technical track, you will act as a pivotal bridge between complex spatial engineering and direct customer success. Moving beyond surface-level support, you will take hands-on responsibility for processing raw drone photogrammetric imagery into highly accurate 3D topographic models, running comprehensive manual and automated quality assurance checks across coordinate systems. Utilizing your deep GIS or CAD software literacy, you will resolve complex data capture discrepancies, design site vectors, and ensure that field project teams get fast, bulletproof data they can trust to run heavy operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Photogrammetric Data Processing: Ingest, process, and optimize drone-captured remote sensing imagery to assemble high-fidelity 3D worksite maps and point clouds.
• Topographic Quality Assurance: Perform granular manual and automated quality control checks, validating structural alignment across coordinate systems and **ground control points (GCPs)**.
• CAD & GIS Solutions Mapping: Leverage CAD and GIS application suites to construct site designs, interpreting drone files alongside traditional GPS topographic surveys.
• Global Support Triage: Answer incoming technical inquiries from global site managers through active support channels, troubleshooting data output errors and delegating queries cross-functionally where appropriate.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with distributed software engineers, product experts, and sales divisions to communicate field data bugs and optimize platform usability.
• Data-Driven Problem Solving: Navigate and settle complex spatial file bottlenecks within unstructured settings, using logical deductions to resolve issues even with incomplete data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Verifiable experience supporting global customer success pipelines or client advisory tracks within a high-tech software engineering space.
• Deep technical expertise running remote sensing, photogrammetric mapping, point cloud transformations, and traditional surveying techniques.
• Strong hands-on mastery utilizing **GIS or CAD-based systems** to manipulate site blueprints and terrain layouts.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication mechanics, optimized to explain complex geospatial errors simply to non-technical site operators.
• A relevant academic degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Geomatics, Surveying, or related quantitative engineering fields.
