About the Role: LILT is leading the transformation of multilingual AI and human-verified services to make the world's information available to everyone. We are looking for a Gaming Project Coordinator to execute administrative production tasks. You will be responsible for managing localization projects, coordinating with linguists globally, and ensuring deliverables meet customer SLAs.
What You'll Do
- Assign linguists to projects within the Lilt platform and manage project deadlines.
- Track assignment statuses, acceptance/rejection rates, and coordinate queries from linguists.
- Handle data entry and administration related to linguist performance, availability, and payments.
- Check the status of QA checks in Lilt and follow up on non-completion or non-compliance.
- Send and receive translation quality feedback and reassign projects to alternative linguists as needed.
- Ensure all system administration and data entry is accurate for your accounts.
What You Bring
- Past experience in translation, project coordination/management, or other localization-related activities.
- Proficiency in English at a professional level.
- Solid organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
- Bonus: Experience working in Gaming Localisation and a Bachelor's degree.
