Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative, UI-first, and product-driven Fullstack Engineer - UI-heavy to join our core engineering cell under a permanent, full-time remote configuration open across Argentina and Uruguay. In this high-impact, foundational frontend-heavy position, you will own the delivery of sophisticated, state-rich user interfaces while seamlessly operating across the full technical stack to build core user-facing workflows. Shifting completely away from non-technical text copywriting loop routines, standalone marketing graphic layouts, or simple office database administrative fields, you will run an active real-time collaborative editing, interactive document canvas, and client workspace laboratory. This position requires an interface engineering authority with 3+ years of professional experience who builds application layouts fluidly natively using Next.js and React patterns, implements rich-text editor components via ProseMirror or Tiptap, orchestrates real-time, local-first synchronization layers via Yjs, connects frontends cleanly with secure Node.js APIs, and sets uncompromisingly high standards for software interaction quality, performance, and user trust.

Key Responsibilities

• State-Rich UI Systems Governance: Architect, refine, and scale complex user interface architectures, prioritizing high-fidelity interaction quality and crisp performance profiles natively utilizing Next.js and React libraries.
• Rich Editing & Collaboration Engineering: Design and implement sophisticated collaborative document workspaces, text node systems, and data-dense canvases using ProseMirror, Tiptap, and Yjs.
• AI UI-Native Integration: Smoothly embed large language model (LLM) components and asynchronous AI prompting loops directly into user workflows—focusing heavily on responsive text fields, data tables, and inline help layers.
• Full-Stack Backend Support: Extend functional technical judgment across the full computing stack to wire interface actions into robust, maintainable Node.js APIs and state storage layers.
• Cross-Functional Product Discovery: Partner closely with internal Product Managers and UI/UX designers to translate real broker and insurer workflows into durable, highly scannable application modules.
• Frontend Quality Assurance: Enforce high code standards by deploying modern unit and integration testing tools, preempting regression faults across state management layers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 3+ years of proven professional history operating inside a Full-Stack Engineer, Frontend Developer, UI Engineer, or identical user-facing software production capacity.
• Expert Collaborative Text Stack Fluency: Demonstrable production-level familiarity and history engineering complex rich-text applications leveraging ProseMirror or Tiptap editors.
• Practical experience orchestrating local-first structures or real-time collaborative state engines using Yjs.
• Advanced production-grade command over frontend architectures using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and modern frameworks like Next.js.
• Highly polished product sensibility with a deep focus on design precision, sub-second interface responses, and robust error fallback UI rendering.
• Location Context: Position operates under remote parameters open exclusively to qualified product engineers residing permanently within Argentina or Uruguay.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

• Prior technical background designing user-facing dashboards or multi-tenant web workspaces inside the insurance, healthcare SaaS, or Fintech industries.
• Familiarity navigating fast-moving, high-velocity venture-backed startups or Y Combinator ecosystem companies.
• Experience setting up automated E2E component tests with frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Jest.
