Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled, quality-driven full-stack software engineer to join our dedicated Experimentation Platform squad. In this cross-functional capacity, you will develop and maintain performant, low-latency architectures that allow enterprise customers to seamlessly design and deploy data-driven product experiments. Blending backend systems engineering with elegant user-facing design execution, you will write scalable web configurations, architect features from definition through release, and optimize service reliability to keep our multi-tenant cloud platforms hyper-stable.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Stack Product Delivery: Code, design, test, and ship clean solutions for data-driven experimentation platforms, balancing advanced power parameters with intuitive user accessibility.
- Performant Backend Engineering: Develop, monitor, and scale distributed backend microservices and RESTful API structures leveraging Golang frameworks.
- Interactive Frontend Craft: Construct modular, accessible, and clean client-side user interfaces utilizing React and TypeScript layout layers.
- Feature Track Ownership: Take absolute technical ownership of limited-scope features, steering engineering lifecycle processes cleanly from raw definition down to cloud-native production deployment.
- System Monitoring & Observability: Identify runtime performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot pipeline exceptions, and incorporate logging, metrics tracking, and observability telemetry arrays.
- Engineering Collaboration: Participate in thorough, constructive code review gates, share technical feedback with teammates, and align workflows tightly alongside data scientists, designers, and product managers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of verified professional experience building full-stack web applications and production-grade commercial software products.
- Deep, functional development familiarity programming inside our core toolsets: **TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Go (Golang)**.
- Solid grasp of structural software engineering principles, core object-oriented or functional design patterns, and clean coding best practices.
- Hands-on familiarity with modern cloud platform ecosystems (such as **AWS**, GCP, or Azure) and containerized deployment infrastructure components.
- Exposure to continuous integration and continuous deployment (**CI/CD**) practices, automated pipeline tracking tools, and distributed version controls.
- Strong problem-solving mechanics, coupled with excellent collaboration and communication skills to surface blockers within Agile tracking cadences.
- Location Context: 100% remote-first workspace flexibility open to qualified full-stack engineers residing anywhere within the United States.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Prior background engineering user-facing data-intensive products, analytical dashboard platforms, or multi-tenant telemetry systems.
- Direct operational experience leveraging enterprise observability and alerting layers (e.g., DataDog, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry).
What We Offer
- Geographic Tiered Base Salaries (Level 3 Pay Scales): Zone 1 (SF Bay Area, NYC Metro, Boston, Seattle): $171,200 – $235,400 USD; Zone 2 (LA, Irvine, Austin, Portland, Chicago, Philadelphia, etc.): $154,100 – $211,860 USD; Zone 3 (All other US regional locations): $145,500 – $200,090 USD.
