Position Overview

We are seeking a highly autonomous, systems-fluent, and development-oriented Full Stack Engineer to join our growing tech organization under a permanent, full-time remote configuration open across Lebanon and the Syrian Arab Republic. In this high-leverage software engineering seat, you will be the absolute owner designing, building, and maintaining our next-generation property management web applications, driving both client-side interactivity and server-side engine optimization. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated data transcription loops, entry-level styling tweaks, or general IT support desk tickets, you will operate an active high-concurrency RESTful API orchestration, multi-tenant database routing, and cloud infrastructure deployment laboratory. Partnering directly beside UI/UX designers, product owners, and agile project managers, you will ensure optimal system architecture and uncompromised performance metrics. This position requires a full-stack authority with 3+ years of professional experience who manages code layers fluidly natively using React, Node.js, and Python primitives, commands complete operational intimacy with SQL/NoSQL systems, and troubleshoots scalability anomalies with extreme technical precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Solutions Governance: Design, develop, and maintain clean, reusable, and performance-optimized code blocks across both front-end systems and server-side runtimes natively utilizing React and Node.js best practices.
• Server-Side Architecture Instrumentation: Author and secure robust server-side logic, define complex database relationships, and guarantee rapid execution velocities to requests coming from front-end interfaces natively leveraging Python setups.
• Database System Configuration: Define, optimize, and maintain production-grade relational and non-relational database models across multi-tenant environments using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or SQL layers.
• Responsive User Interface Delivery: Collaborate close-knit next to UI/UX designers to implement intuitive, fluid, and mobile-responsive layouts that enhance client acquisition and property retention parameters.
• API Integration and Orchestration Triage: Architect and secure standardized RESTful API interfaces, managing clean data translation contracts across external financial services or legal reporting nodes.
• CI/CD Code Review Stewardship: Participate actively in rigorous code reviews, driving test-driven principles, engineering documentation habits, and security standards across distributed teams.
• Defect Diagnostics & Performance Tuning: Investigate, isolate, and debug high-volume code block bottlenecks, implementing scalable technical modifications to maintain optimal application velocities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Possess a formal Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a matching highly technical discipline.
• A minimum of 3+ years of proven, successful professional technology experience operating as a Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer, Backend Engineer, Frontend Specialist, or closely matching tech-driven development capacity.
• Expert Frontend Stack Command: Production-grade operational literacy manipulating complex visual states and reactive parameters natively using HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks (specifically React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Strong practical operational intimacy managing server-side frameworks and microservices architectures natively leveraging Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java environments.
• Solid understanding of modern code-versioning patterns using Git, paired with a complete architectural comprehension of relational and non-relational database management systems (SQL/NoSQL).
