Position Overview

We're hiring a Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale applications across the Tradeify ecosystem. You'll own features end-to-end, work across frontend and backend systems, and collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering. This is a highly hands-on role. We move fast, we ship, and we expect you to have strong opinions about how things should be built.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Product Development: Build responsive, high-performance web applications and trading interfaces while optimizing for speed, reliability, and user experience across the stack.
• Backend & API Architecture: Design and develop scalable APIs, backend services, and microservices.
• Data & Integrations: Work with databases, caching layers, and event-driven architectures. Develop integrations with third-party platforms, trading systems, and internal tools.
• Real-Time Systems: Implement real-time dashboards, complex analytics views, and dynamic trading interfaces.
• Engineering Excellence: Participate actively in architecture discussions and technical planning. Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code.
• Infrastructure & CI/CD: Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. Troubleshoot production issues, improve observability, and help shape engineering standards as the company scales.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience in full-stack roles (involving both frontend AND backend work in the same role).
• Strong frontend experience with React, Next.js, or Vue (or equivalent modern frameworks).
• Strong backend experience with Python, Node.js, C#, or Go.
• Solid experience building and consuming REST APIs and WebSocket services.
• Deep operational familiarity with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, or MongoDB.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Practical familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and distributed systems.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup-style environment with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A genuine passion for shipping products where performance and UX actually matter.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

• Prior experience in fintech, trading, crypto, or broad financial systems.
• Exposure to real-time systems or high-velocity market data applications.
• Experience utilizing event streaming systems (Kafka, NATS, or Pulsar).
• Experience with TimescaleDB, ClickHouse, or other high-volume data systems.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows and engineering automation.
