Full Stack AI Engineer

About the Role: ANNA is transforming how autism care is delivered by leveraging technology to standardize the highest quality of clinical care. We are looking for a Full-Stack AI Engineer based in Poland to join our engineering team. You will work closely with our US-based VP of Engineering to build the agentic infrastructure and product surfaces that power ANNA's platform.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain production-grade AI agents for clinical and operational workflows (scheduling, intake, RCM, decision support).
• Implement and optimize RAG pipelines using pgvector to surface relevant clinical history at the point of care.
• Build and iterate on clinician-facing product surfaces in React, integrating seamlessly with AI agent backends.
• Own features end-to-end, from backend API design in Django/FastAPI through to the front-end experience.
• Contribute to ANNA's clinical data ontology and write clean, HIPAA-compliant code.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack capabilities (React, Django, FastAPI).
• Hands-on experience building AI agents, agentic workflows, and RAG pipelines in production contexts.
• Experience with vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone) and LLM tool use/prompt design.
• Strong product instincts and a focus on shipping fast while maintaining quality.
• Professional proficiency in English and legal authorization to work in Poland.
