About the Role
Design and orchestrate agentic workflows by integrating AI prompting with Magical’s multi-agent platform, solving complex, customer-specific challenges.
Act as a technical liaison between customers and Magical’s product/engineering teams, translating feedback into platform enhancements.
Diagnose and resolve issues across deployments, integrations, and performance optimizations, ensuring reliability in high-stakes environments like healthcare.
Develop internal tools, documentation, and reference implementations to accelerate future customer rollouts and scale Magical’s multi-agent ecosystem.
About You
Requires 3+ years of experience in engineering, QA engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar technical background.
Passion for AI prompting, multi-agent systems, and automation. Prior experience is beneficial, but a fast learner with strong fundamentals will excel.
Strong bias toward action, with a willingness to take initiative and embody 'show > tell'.
Self-directed with a strong sense of agency, capable of prioritizing tasks and resolving blockers independently.
Thrives in early-stage environments, excited to define processes rather than follow them.
Background in science or engineering (college degree or equivalent experience).
Located in SF/Toronto or open to relocation.
