Forward Deployed Engineer

About the Role: Oscilar is building the most advanced AI Risk Decisioning™ platform to manage fraud, credit, and compliance risk. As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you are the primary technical owner for strategic customers, sitting at the intersection of technical implementation, AI deployment, and customer success. You will own the full technical relationship from discovery to go-live.

What You'll Do

• Lead technical discovery, architecture design, and proof-of-concept implementations for fraud, credit, and compliance use cases.
• Design and deploy multi-step agentic AI workflows—automating onboarding, fraud investigation, credit decisioning, and case management.
• Configure AI agent parameters and refine LLM prompts to drive accurate, auditable, and compliant agent behavior.
• Perform technical implementation end-to-end: integration design, data mapping, workflow configuration, and UAT support.
• Act as the primary technical voice, building credibility with engineering, data, and risk teams on the customer side.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role (Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or FDE) in an Agentic AI, B2B SaaS, or Fintech environment.
• Deep hands-on fluency with LLMs (Claude, GPT), including prompt structuring, iterative refinement, and debugging agent behavior.
• Strong command of REST APIs, webhooks, and data integration patterns (Snowflake, ETL, event streaming).
• Ability to read/write SQL and interpret data pipelines, model outputs, and feature schemas.
• Experience configuring complex AI platforms and translating ambiguous business requirements into precise AI task instructions.
• Bonus: Experience in financial services (fraud, credit, AML/compliance) and familiarity with agentic AI concepts (agent orchestration, human-in-the-loop).
