Flemish/Dutch Customer Service Agent - Remote

Responsibilities

Manage incoming chat, mail, or phone calls to address customer inquiries efficiently.

Identify and assess customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.

Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication, ensuring clarity and understanding.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods and tools.

Keep detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file necessary documents.

Adhere strictly to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven fluency in Dutch, with a strong command of Flemish (C1 - C2 level).
• Excellent command of English (B2 – C1 level).
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and respond to diverse personalities.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
