Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-obsessed Financial Consulting Analyst to play a vital role within our core benefits consulting practice. Reporting directly to the Principal Financial Consultant, you will act as a primary technical engine providing quantitative data analysis, financial modeling, and relationship support to our consulting delivery and sales divisions. This seat demands a proactive spreadsheet expert who can convert healthcare variables into clear value narratives for executive customer presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Acquisition & Dashboard Engineering: Navigate third-party carrier portals to harvest raw premium datasets, developing and updating structured client financial reporting dashboards.
- Advanced Spreadsheet Modeling: Build, refine, and troubleshoot automated consulting tools, formulas, and data models within high-volume internal environments.
- Ad-Hoc Quantitative Analysis: Generate customized data deep-dives and financial exhibits to empower clients to make informed, strategic healthcare funding choices.
- Peer Review Quality Enforcement: Lead internal peer review loops on outgoing financial balances to ensure absolute data integrity and eliminate downstream calculation tracking failures.
- Cross-Functional Support Syncing: Partner directly alongside distributed sales and consulting teams to supply rapid financial insights, resolve data anomalies, and accelerate pipeline velocity.
- Partner Relationship Stewardship: Cultivate trust-based collaborative relationships with cross-functional technical teams and third-party healthcare solution partners.
