We are looking for a Financial Analyst, Sales Performance and Compensation to own the numbers behind every payout and pipeline conversation. This is a hybrid role by design (about 60% commission execution, 40% performance analytics), turning raw CRM data into decisions that move the business forward.
What You'll Do
- Calculate and administer sales commission payouts accurately and on time across the sales organization.
- Build and maintain reporting that tracks quota attainment for individuals, teams, and regions.
- Leverage Salesforce to monitor pipeline coverage, health, and forecast predictability.
- Design dashboards and reports that bring sales, operational, and compensation insights to life for executives.
- Deliver data-driven recommendations to sharpen resource allocation and protect profitability.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, sales compensation, or financial analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (multi-tab workbooks, complex formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Working experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) to extract and analyze data.
- Bonus: Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, or a background in the tech/media industry.
Benefits
- Day-one medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus 100% company-paid life and disability insurance.
- 401(k) with a company match up to 8% and quarterly HSA boosts.
- Flexible time off (salaried) and generous paid holidays.
- Fully remote work flexibility within the United States.
