Your Mission As Finance Manager

Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, the Finance Manager, Strategy & Operations is a senior individual contributor responsible for helping scale the finance organization as the company grows through organic expansion and acquisitions. This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day financial operations. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic finance partner with primary ownership of FP&A, finance systems, process improvement, and other cross-functional initiatives, while providing practical operational support across the finance organization.

Accountability & Impact: In this role, you’ll...

  • Prepare, review, and analyze consolidated financial statements and management reporting for domestic and international entities.
  • Provide hands-on operational support for the monthly close, annual audit, technical accounting matters, and other accounting priorities as needed.
  • Support the Controller to maintain and enhance accounting policies, internal controls, and financial reporting processes.
  • Serve as a designated operational backup to the Controller for routine finance and accounting activities, helping maintain continuity during planned absences, major projects, and periods of increased business need.

Financial Planning & Strategic Analysis

  • Own the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
  • Develop and manage executive dashboards, KPI reporting, board materials, lender reporting, and other decision-support reporting.
  • Analyze financial and operating results, identify trends and risks, and provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
  • Build financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives, resource allocation, investments, and acquisition-related decisions.
  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate opportunities, risks, operational performance, and progress against financial goals.

International Finance, Compliance & Revenue Operations

  • Coordinate financial reporting and finance activities across domestic and international operations, including foreign currency consolidations and statutory reporting support.
  • Partner with the Director of Finance in India and other internal and external stakeholders to coordinate international financial reporting, compliance, foreign currency matters, statutory requirements, and other cross-border finance initiatives, while respecting local functional ownership.
  • Support subscription accounting, ASC 606 revenue recognition, commission reporting, and recurring revenue analytics in partnership with the Controller and other finance stakeholders.
  • Coordinate global sales tax, indirect tax, and other regulatory compliance requirements with internal owners and external advisors.

Finance Transformation & Business Operations

  • Own finance transformation initiatives that improve scalability, efficiency, controls, and data integrity.
  • Lead the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of finance systems, ERP platforms, reporting tools, and related finance technology.
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve financial processes, automate workflows, strengthen data flows, and integrate business systems.
  • Develop and document standardized financial processes, operating procedures, and controls that support a scalable finance organization.
  • Manage and support finance integration activities for acquisitions and other strategic initiatives, including planning, systems, reporting, process alignment, and cross-functional coordination.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 8–10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with demonstrated breadth across FP&A, accounting, and finance operations
