Finance Business Partner

About the Role: The FP&A function at Andela is being built from the ground up, and this Finance Business Partner role is one of its foundational hires. Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A, you will be the operational core of the finance team, owning the day-to-day planning, storytelling, and insights generation while partnering with G&A functional leaders.

What You'll Do

• Run Andela's core planning cycles end-to-end, including the annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range plan.
• Maintain and evolve the corporate financial model, owning the consolidated P&L, headcount, and cash flow model.
• Produce the monthly revenue flash, consolidated P&L reporting, variance analysis, and support board-ready reporting for QBRs.
• Serve as the dedicated finance partner to G&A functions (People/HR, Legal, Finance) and support GTM and Product business cases.
• Build scalable FP&A infrastructure and partner with Accounting to drive data integrity across finance systems.

What You Bring

• 5–8 years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience (CPA or MBA highly preferred).
• Significant experience in financial modeling, including building driver-based 3-statement and headcount models from scratch.
• Expert-level Excel and/or Google Sheets skills with strong scenario and sensitivity modeling abilities.
• Proven ability to distill complex financial data into clean, executive-ready narratives (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
• Bonus: Experience with SaaS/marketplace business models and a strong understanding of SQL/Python for data manipulation.
