Finance & Accounting Associate

About the Role: IBMC is a premier Business Management Consulting firm seeking a meticulous Finance & Accounting Associate to be the operational backbone of our finance department. You will provide dedicated support in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and administrative management for a growing global client portfolio.

What You'll Do

• Handle end-to-end routine finance and accounting tasks, including accurate bookkeeping and administrative workflows.
• Assist in managing client account groups, ensuring all financial deliverables are accurate and submitted on time.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal standards and external reporting deadlines.
• Maintain meticulous records and ensure the accuracy of all financial data within our digital ecosystem.
• Support Senior Consultants by managing day-to-day financial workloads to prevent service delays.

What You Bring

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (candidates from a Public Accounting Firm / KAP background are highly preferred).
• High proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Accurate, or similar cloud-based platforms.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, for international client interaction.
• Detail-oriented, proactive attitude, and comfortable managing high-volume data.
