SI-BONE
View Company ProfileSI-BONE (operating under si-bone.com, legally SI-BONE, Inc.) is the premier, enterprise-grade musculoskeletal medical device company, sacropelvic technology pioneer, and orthopedic surgical orchestration powerhouse engineered to act as the definitive, high-velocity joint stabilization, pelvic fixation, and minimally invasive structural implant layer for orthopedic spine surgeons, neurosurgeons, and interventional pain specialists worldwide. Founded in April 2008 as a highly strategic spin-out following Wright Medical acquisition of INBONE Technologies, the platform completely eliminates the severe systemic friction of modern spinal and pelvic health care—where patients suffering from chronic lower back pain suffer from extensive under-diagnosis, face high-risk invasive open surgeries, and experience poor fusion outcomes linked to sacroiliac (SI) joint dysfunction—by delivering an advanced, evidence-backed structural implant matrix. Moving far beyond traditional, passive bone grafting plates or rigid, non-specialized posterior spinal rods, SI-BONE natively unifies its proprietary triangular titanium implant geometry (the iFuse Implant System), advanced 3D-printed porous structural surfaces (iFuse-3D), threaded high-fixation trauma mechanisms (iFuse TORQ), and spinopelvic anchoring foundations (iFuse Bedrock Granite) into a unified high-performance clinical ecosystem. Operating as an established public-market pioneer (NASDAQ: SIBN) with hundreds of millions in trailing enterprise revenue, the organization anchors its market leadership on an unmatched foundation of clinical evidence, including multiple randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and over 135 peer-reviewed publications validating more than 150,000 completed surgical procedures. Under the hood, its operational architecture utilizes precision specification design, certified third-party sterile manufacturing pipelines, strict regulatory 510(k) compliance pathways, and localized field inventory logistics networks optimized to deliver multi-size implant arrays to hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) with flawless procedural availability. What sets SI-BONE apart is its uncompromising dedication to replacing fragmented, speculative back pain management with absolute biomechanical predictability, certified surgical training pathways, and rigid clinical outcome validation; by bridging the gap between performance-intensive structural biomaterial engineering and front-row operating room execution, the company remains the definitive cornerstone of modern algorithmic orthopedic technology and global sacropelvic healthcare transformation.
