We’re hiring a Field Marketing Coordinator to help build and execute NetBox Labs’ field marketing, event, and partner marketing programs. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-obsessed, and proactive — someone who thrives on keeping many moving pieces on track and gets genuine satisfaction from a program that runs flawlessly, from trade shows and sponsorships to webinars and regional events.
You’ll be the connective tissue between our marketing team, internal stakeholders, and external partners and vendors — making sure every program moves forward on time, on budget, and with steady communication with everyone involved.
In this role, you will:
Support the research, development, and execution of field marketing initiatives, including owning conferences, third-party trade shows, and regional events
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to research, develop, and execute campaigns and projects moving forward on time
Help organize and coordinate NetBox Labs and industry events, including proactively communicating in a concise, effective manner with internal and external stakeholders
Partner with the marketing team on partner marketing programs — co-marketing campaigns, joint events, and shared sponsorships with ecosystem partners
Assist with weekly and monthly marketing program reporting and metrics (events, campaigns, registration and attendance data)
At times manage event logistics and on-the-ground execution — venue and vendor coordination, booth setup, and swag
You will work closely with:
The marketing team to plan, promote, execute, and measure field and partner marketing programs
Sales team members to provide relevant information and updates about field marketing programs in-region
External partners, vendors, and venues to manage logistics and ensure flawless on-site execution
Finance and legal teams to ensure budgetary and legal reviews are completed accurately
It would be fantastic if you had the following background:
Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills, both written and verbal
An aggressive, proactive communicator and follow-upper — a true self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what’s next
Well organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable coordinating with vendors, internal stakeholders, and external partners at all levels
Growth minded and a team player with a positive, do-what-it-takes attitude
Willingness to travel for on-site event execution as needed
Required Experience:
1–3 years of experience in field marketing, event coordination, or integrated marketing campaigns — ideally in B2B tech or SaaS
Hands-on experience supporting trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, or regional events
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with high ownership and execution focus
Proficiency using Google Workspace applications, Zoom, and Slack
Bonus points:
Experience supporting pipeline generation through events and regional marketing programs
Experience with HubSpot as a marketing automation tool
Experience in leveraging Claude or other AI tools in day-to-day workflows
Experience in a high-growth software or technology company

NetBox Labs
View Company ProfileNetBox Labs is the premier, enterprise-grade network automation pioneer, open-source infrastructure steward, and commercial architect of NetBox—the world's most popular Network Information Source (NIS) and Network Configuration Management Database (NCMD)—engineered to operate as the definitive, single-source-of-truth layer for global network operations, telecom providers, and enterprise cloud networks. The company completely eliminates the severe systemic friction of modern infrastructure scaling—where operations teams face fragile pipeline breaks, manual spreadsheet errors, unmapped ipam/vlan inventories, and disconnected network orchestration loops—by deploying its high-availability platform, NetBox Cloud. Moving far beyond traditional, passive spreadsheet logs or rigid legacy DCIM tools, NetBox Labs natively unifies comprehensive IP Address Management (IPAM), detailed data center infrastructure management (DCIM), automated circuit tracking, and complex device-to-cable topology relationship mapping into a single cohesive network workspace. Trusted by thousands of leading enterprise network engineering cells—including major global technology leaders and global ISPs—the company commands dominant market share in the network automation space by allowing organizations to build, deploy, and monitor complex cross-platform network architectures with production-hardened precision. Under the hood, its sophisticated technical core natively orchestrates advanced API-first workflows, real-time integration with modern CI/CD orchestration layers, and robust enterprise-grade plugins backed by growth funding from elite venture institutions like Flybridge Capital Partners and GGV Capital. What sets NetBox Labs apart is its uncompromising dedication to replacing manual infrastructure troubleshooting with high-velocity network automation; by bridging the gap between open-source community innovation and production-grade enterprise stability, the firm remains the absolute, category-defining backbone of modern network infrastructure operations worldwide.
