Sayari’s customers buy answers to hard problems: who really owns a supplier, where a sanctioned network is moving goods, which alerts deserve an analyst’s time. Sayari’s AI platform Superconductor delivers those answers at machine scale. It is built in the field, with analysts and engineers working alongside customers to define what it needs to do.
The Field Intelligence Analyst brings Sayari’s tradecraft to that work. You scope the problem, design the solution, prove its value, and deliver mission impact. You own the analytical relationship for a portfolio of accounts, from first conversation through sustained delivery. What you learn on live engagements flows back into Superconductor and into Sayari’s tradecraft standard.
You work in our Field Intelligence Department, a global team of analysts deployed to support government agencies and Fortune 500 companies. You sit in the same org as Forward Deployed Engineers and the Product team. The field shapes the roadmap, and Product sets it.
Why This Role Exists
- Customers buy answers. Superconductor reasons like an expert analyst at machine scale. The analyst’s job shifts from producing every answer by hand to directing, validating, and extending what Superconductor produces, and teaching customer analysts to do the same.
- Context should survive the contract. The analyst who designed the proof-of-value knows why the success criteria are what they are. Keeping that analyst on the account protects delivery quality and surfaces the next problem before the customer names it.
- Tradecraft is built in the field. Field Intelligence Analysts see what was promised, what was delivered, and what the customer did with it. That full view produces better methodology, better evaluations, and a better Superconductor than any single-phase role can.
What You Will Do
Own the analytical relationship, end to end
- Run discovery and proof-of-value engagements anchored on work the customer already pays people to do, such as alert adjudication, due diligence, investigations, and case prioritization. Define success criteria you will personally be accountable for delivering.
- Stay on the account after close and deliver the work you scoped. This includes multi-hop investigations across ownership, trade, and corporate records, plus analytical briefings and training.
- Serve as the customer’s single analytical point of contact from first conversation through renewal.
Build with Field Engineering and Product
- Pair with Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) on discovery and delivery. You define the analytical requirement, they build it, and you validate it against the mission.
- When something built for one customer should be rebuilt for many, make the case to Product with evidence: the problem, the workaround, and the customers who share it.
- Document where the platform falls short of the mission, with raw examples attached.
Deliver analyst-plus-AI, and teach it
- Direct Superconductor against live mission problems. Validate its reasoning against expert standards, and extend it into new customer workflows.
- Train and certify customer analysts on Sayari methods and on working with Superconductor. Identify the customer experts who should go further.
Build the tradecraft
- Capture the judgment calls, non-obvious pivots, and creative approaches from live engagements. Contribute them to the Tradecraft team as expert-annotated reference cases, evaluation scenarios, and training material.
- Hold your work to the Field Intelligence standard, and help raise it.
Support Go-To-Market Teams
- Work with Sales to diagnose customer problems, scope solutions, and deliver mission impact.
Who You Are
Required
- A builder’s temperament and comfort with ambiguity. You do well on small teams with end-to-end ownership and no defined lane, working next to engineers on things that don’t exist yet.
- Experience conducting complex, multi-source investigations in one or more of these areas: financial crime, sanctions and export controls, supply chain and forced labor risk, transnational criminal organizations, or law enforcement and intelligence investigations. This should include work with corporate records, trade data, and OSINT.
- Customer-facing range. You have scoped engagements, demonstrated capability to skeptical experts, and delivered under a statement of work. Candidates often come from solutions consulting, services delivery, embedded analytics, or mission-support roles.
- Hands-on fluency directing and evaluating AI and agentic analytical tools. You can define what “right” looks like precisely enough to test against.
- Clear communication with analysts, program managers, engineers, and executives.
Desired
- Python or SQL for data manipulation, and familiarity with REST APIs.
- Experience designing training curricula or certifying analysts.
- For government portfolios: an active Government security clearance and same citizenship as your country of residence.
