Join Infisical, the open-source security infrastructure platform trusted by engineers globally, on a mission to make security easier for all developers—starting with secrets management. We’re looking to hire an exceptional Field & Events Marketing Manager to own Infisical’s events, both in-person and online.

You’ll run our conference program end-to-end and build our webinars and partner events into a steady source of pipeline. Collaboration with sales before and after each event ensures that the connections made translate into meaningful opportunities.

What You’ll Do

Own Our Conference Program

  • Decide which conferences to attend and the scale of our presence at each, ranging from a small table to a custom booth.
  • Manage the events budget and allocate funds strategically.
  • Oversee booth vendors, shipping, swag, staffing, and on-site logistics for major events like KubeCon, RSAC, and AWS re:Invent.
  • Plan side events such as happy hours, dinners, and meetups around conferences.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with key event organizers to secure prime booth locations and high-visibility speaking opportunities.

Run Field Events with Sales

  • Plan and execute executive dinners, roundtables, and regional events in collaboration with account executives.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to agree on target accounts and book meetings on-site.
  • Conduct pre-event outreach to ensure the right attendees know where to find us.
  • Develop post-event follow-up strategies with sales and growth marketing, including sales sequences and email nurture campaigns to maintain engagement.

Grow Our Digital Events and Partnerships

  • Manage our webinar program, from selecting topics and speakers to promotion and follow-up.
  • Source and run co-marketing webinars with partners and other developer tools in our space.
  • Support our community meetups alongside our startup and ecosystem team.

Work Across the Team

  • Collaborate with our growth marketer on digital promotion for events.
  • Work with our content marketing manager on event materials and booth content.
  • Explore and implement new tools to improve event management and follow-up processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in field marketing, events, or marketing programs at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of running events that generated pipeline, with quantifiable results.
  • Experience managing booth vendors, event budgets, and logistics across multiple events simultaneously.
  • Strong ability to work closely with sales teams and align both teams toward shared goals.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including tracking vendor deadlines, shipping dates, and registration cutoffs.
  • Scrappy mindset and willingness to take on new challenges, such as investigating new tools or supporting campaigns outside of events.
  • Clear, friendly communication skills with sales, partners, and vendors.
  • Based in the US with the ability to travel regularly for key events.

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing to developers, DevOps, platform engineering, or security teams.
  • Existing relationships with organizers of developer and security conferences.
  • Experience planning custom booths at large conferences.
  • Familiarity with open-source communities or developer meetups.
  • Hands-on experience with webinar platforms.

Team, Values & Benefits

  • Our team comprises professionals from companies like Databricks, AWS, and Red Hat. We operate primarily as a remote team with a strong presence in San Francisco, where we have an office. Regular in-person gatherings include off-sites, conferences, and team events.
  • Infisical offers competitive compensation, including both salary and equity options. Additional benefits include a lunch stipend and a work setup budget. For more details, visit our careers page.

Infisical is a premier, enterprise-grade secrets management and security platform engineered to orchestrate massive-scale credential synchronization and intelligent, end-to-end encrypted governance workflows. Operating as a trailblazer in open-source security infrastructure, the company eliminates the operational friction of legacy secrets management—which frequently suffers from scattered .env files, accidental API key leaks, and complex, developer-unfriendly enterprise vaults—by seamlessly deploying developer-native CLI tools, zero-knowledge encryption telemetry, and multi-cloud synchronization architectures. Moving beyond rigid legacy secrets stores like HashiCorp Vault, Infisical empowers modern engineering teams, DevOps leaders, and security architects to dynamically manage API keys, database credentials, SSL certificates, and environment variables across local, staging, and production environments with elite, scalable, and audit-ready precision. Under the hood, its sophisticated proprietary operational infrastructure—bolstered by granular role-based access control (RBAC), automated secret rotation, and seamless integrations with platforms like Vercel, AWS, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions—natively manages complex cross-platform credential injection, continuous compliance logging, and identity-based authorization workflows, providing the necessary foundation for high-velocity software engineering. What sets Infisical apart is its uncompromising dedication to developer-first security; by bridging the gap between ironclad cryptographic protection and intuitive, frictionless developer experience, the firm enables engineering organizations to radically accelerate deployment velocity, eliminate hardcoded security vulnerabilities, and build an unassailable security posture in the modern cloud-native software landscape.
