Field Engineer - Offensive/Application Security

About the Role: At XBOW, we're redefining the future of cybersecurity by building the world's first autonomous pentester powered by AI. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Field Engineer to act as the technical point of contact post-sales. You will support complex demos, work with customers to integrate and deploy the product, and act as a conduit to share information back with the Product Engineering team.

What You'll Do

• Act as the customer's technical PoC post-sales, integrating the XBOW product with customer cloud and self-hosted environments.
• Lead product deployments, support, and upgrades while providing Tier 2 support for complex technical issues.
• Prototype features based on customer needs and provide actionable feedback to product teams.
• Help explain the technical and business value of the product to users and stakeholders, supporting hand-offs between pre- and post-sales teams.
• Run Expert Services engagements and resolve complex technical challenges.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in Security Engineering, DevSecOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Experience as a Field Engineer or Expert Services professional in the security space (SaaS product preferred).
• Strong command of security concepts (OWASP Top 10), security frameworks (ISO-27001, SOC2), and tools (SAST, SCA, CWP, DAST).
• Hands-on experience building cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) and integrating with VPN and SSO technologies.
• Bonus: Pre-sales solution architecting, DevSecOps consulting, and experience with technologies like Terraform and Kubernetes.
