Global enterprises are turning to F5 Distributed Cloud to secure their multi-cloud future, and we’re building a permanent, remote-first delivery team in Costa Rica to help deliver it. This is a full-time role on C-Serv’s own books, offering real ownership, direct client relationships, and a long-term seat on our F5 practice.
The Role
You’ll design and deploy F5 Distributed Cloud (XC) solutions across public, private, and hybrid cloud environments, delivering secure application networking, API protection (WAAP), and DDoS mitigation for enterprise customers globally. Automation of deployments and configurations using Terraform and Ansible will be key. Most importantly, you’ll own the technical relationship with clients directly—providing proactive guidance, not just execution.
Requirements
What you’ll need:
- Hands-on experience with F5 Distributed Cloud (XC), or deep expertise in F5 BIG-IP, WAAP, or API security with the ability to ramp quickly
- Strong networking and security fundamentals, including BGP, DNS, IPSec, firewalls, and routing
- Exposure to Kubernetes and cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Must be based in, and remain based in, Costa Rica for the duration of employment. This is a remote role, but it is Costa Rica-based—remote-from-anywhere is not an option.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across time zones with distributed teams and clients
