Carriers like Amica, AAA Life, Nationwide, and Farmers rely on Sureify to support over 1.5 million agent and policyholder interactions monthly.
The Role
Sureify is seeking an Event & Campaign Marketing Specialist to bring their brand and product story to life, both in-person and digitally. You’ll support events and campaigns from ideation to execution, creating content, creative, and experiences that align with Sureify’s brand. Collaboration with sales, product, marketing, creative, and leadership teams ensures projects stay on track and the company presents a clear, consistent message.
This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career with 1–2 years of experience, eager to take on more responsibility, gain hands-on exposure to B2B SaaS marketing, and grow into event, field, or campaign marketing. Strong writing skills, a keen eye for visual storytelling, organizational abilities, and enjoyment of diverse marketing projects are essential.
What You’ll Do
- Events: Plan and execute Sureify’s presence at industry conferences, sponsorships, and webinars, including event materials, promotions, logistics, and onsite support.
- Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, events, press, and sales materials.
- Creative & Content: Write copy and guide the design of marketing assets like social posts, emails, presentations, one-pagers, and event materials.
- Project Coordination: Manage timelines, details, and deliverables across multiple initiatives to keep projects organized and on track.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product marketing, leadership, and external partners to bring campaigns and events to market.
- Event Logistics: Handle end-to-end event logistics, including coordinating with venues, AV and video production partners, transportation providers, restaurants, and vendors. Ensure assets, materials, and equipment are delivered and set up on time.
- Ideas: Bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to how Sureify engages with the market.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, events, trade shows, or a similar coordinator role (internships count).
- Strong organization and project management skills to juggle timelines, checklists, and vendors without missing details.
- Clear, responsive written and verbal communication.
- Comfort working cross-functionally in a fully remote team.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn new tools.
- Ability to travel domestically for conferences (up to ~25% of the time), including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift and move booth materials up to 15 lbs.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, events, communications, or a related field.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- A good eye for design and an understanding of polished, on-brand marketing. Experience with design tools is a plus, though formal design experience isn’t required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed to get things done.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
Nice to Have
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or another marketing automation/CRM platform.
- Hands-on trade show or conference experience in B2B, SaaS, financial services, or insurance.
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Exposure to webinar platforms like Zoom Webinars, ON24, or Goldcast.
- Interest in Insurtech or the life and annuity industry.
