It is well suited to someone who enjoys ownership, innovation, and working at the intersection of operations, regulation, and client delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the launch of a new fund and ETF listing service, supported by product, defining the operating model, service scope, and delivery standards
- Acting as the subject-matter expert on fund and ETF listing requirements across UK and European exchanges, supporting both clients and internal teams
- Managing the end-to-end admission process for funds and ETFs, including preparing documentation and coordinating with legal counsel, exchanges, and regulators
- Collaborating cross-functionally with product, data, operations, and technology teams to define and deliver tools that support the service
- Overseeing ongoing compliance obligations and acting as a senior escalation point for client and internal queries
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience within financial services, fintech, or regulated environments, with solid expertise in fund or ETF listing and registration
- Practical understanding of ETF and ETP structures and listing considerations, including regulatory, operational, and data dependencies
- Working knowledge of UK and EU regulatory frameworks such as UCITS, AIFMD, MiFID II/MiFIR, and relevant UK post-Brexit requirements
- Experience working across teams to deliver complex initiatives and translating operational needs into scalable processes or technology solutions
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and explain complex concepts clearly

Fefundinfo
View Company ProfileFefundinfo (operating at fefundinfo.com) is a financial information and data aggregation platform designed to provide investors, analysts, and market participants with comprehensive insights into funding activities. While details about its founding or operational scale remain undisclosed, the platform appears to focus on curating and presenting data related to capital raises, investment trends, and venture funding dynamics. The platformâs purpose is to bridge the gap between opaque funding markets and those seeking transparency, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions. Under the hood, it likely leverages web scraping, data mining, and proprietary algorithms to compile and analyze funding-related information from diverse sources. This allows investors, startups, and industry observers to track funding trends, identify emerging sectors, and assess market movements with greater precision. Despite a lack of publicly available details on funding or investor backing, the platformâs focus on financial transparency aligns with growing demand for data-driven insights in the venture capital and private equity spaces.
