Role Summary

As a NetSuite Developer at Valce, you will provide critical backfill support for our client, Shine. Your mission is to maintain existing NetSuite functionality, enabling the core team to focus on migrating critical enterprise features to a new target platform. This role is essential for ensuring operational continuity during a large-scale modernization initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support for existing NetSuite functionality and configurations.
• Handle backfill development activities to resolve defects and implement enhancement requests.
• Collaborate closely with platform and integration teams to ensure seamless interoperability.
• Support financial and operational modules within the NetSuite ecosystem.
• Document technical changes and maintain system integrity during the platform migration phase.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in NetSuite development and system support.
• Deep knowledge of SuiteScript (1.0/2.x) and NetSuite configuration.
• Proven experience supporting financial and operational business modules.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) is mandatory for stakeholder communication.
• Ability to work effectively in the EST (US / Canada / LATAM) time zone.
• Nice to Have: Experience with Oracle Fusion, ERP integration, or platform migration projects.
