About the Role

As a versatile professional at the intersection of business and tech, you’ll lead end-to-end implementations of our Native-AI-powered ERP automation products. Help customers reimagine their processes, maximize automation rates, and turn AI initiatives into measurable success.

• Own the implementation journey from understanding client requirements to ensuring smooth delivery, high customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

• Translate complexity into clarity: design scalable, tailored solutions aligning with customer workflows and business goals.

• Collaborate closely with our engineering team to tackle technical challenges, adapt the system to unique customer processes, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

• Be the client’s trusted partner: anticipate needs, surface insights, and ensure they realize the full potential of BLP’s automation.

• Work with sales to design tailored implementation plans aligned with customer needs and drive deep product adoption.

• Feed the product loop: surface what isn’t working and translate feedback into long-term platform improvements.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.

• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.

• Excellent project management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and communication skills: translate business needs into technical action.

• Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with native-speaking clients.

• Experience with ERP environments or cutting-edge AI-driven SaaS solutions is a plus.

• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows is a strong advantage.
