Enterprise Solutions Engineer - Brazil

About the Role: ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology using human-like AI voice models. As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you will unlock the full potential of our voice AI platform for a growing customer base, efficiently scaling technical solutions and architecting integrations for enterprise clients.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
• Work directly with technical contacts to provide bespoke support and architect custom solutions.
• Craft compelling technical demonstrations and create technical enablement resources.
• Build self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions independently.
• Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns and collaborate with product teams.

What You Bring

• Proficiency in Python, inclusive of a deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns.
• A strong technical background to help customers architect integrations between our solutions and theirs.
• Experience working with customers, iterating on solutions, and providing tailored technical support.
• A talent for identifying patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different technical and non-technical audiences.
