The Opportunity
You will be the first sales hire on the ground in Argentina for a venture-backed AI company expanding across Latin America. This is a founding seat: you own the market from zero, build the outbound motion and the local playbook, and land the first enterprise logos in your territory. Within 90 days, you will have a targeted account list and live conversations moving; within 12 months, you will have closed complex deals and set the template for all subsequent account executives.
What You'll Own
Open the Mexican market end-to-end, from account strategy through first closed revenue.
Run the full enterprise cycle solo: prospecting, discovery, multi-stakeholder negotiation, and close.
Build pipeline through outbound. Assume no inbound and no inherited leads.
Land large deals and grow them, taking initial six-figure contracts into seven figures through land-and-expand.
Multi-thread across senior buyers (CIO, CTO, Heads of Compliance and Operations) and find your champion inside complex organizations.
Write the local sales playbook and push product and engineering on what your market actually needs.
What We're Looking For
5+ years closing enterprise B2B SaaS in a quota-carrying AE seat.
Enterprise sales experience at an established SaaS company.
Closing experience at a hyper-growth startup.
A real track record of closing large-ACV, multimillion-TCV deals with long, complex cycles (9 to 18 months).
Experience opening a territory or building go-to-market from scratch, ideally as an early or founding hire.
Comfort operating 100% outbound, with the discipline to build pipeline where the brand is unknown.
Strong discovery and executive-level selling into large, multi-stakeholder buying committees.
Clean CRM and forecasting habits.
C1+ English proficiency.
Based in Argentina.
Nice to Have
Sold AI, automation, or voice technology into traditional enterprises (logistics, banking, healthcare).
Experience selling into industries that are skeptical of AI and slow to change.
Built a sales playbook or a startup motion inside a larger company.
Details
Location: Argentina

About the Company
A rapidly growing, Y Combinator-backed AI company with $150M+ raised, building the infrastructure enterprises use to deploy AI workforces that make decisions and execute real operational workflows. It started by solving hard problems in logistics and has since expanded across industries. Early stage, high ownership, moving fast.

LatamCent
View Company ProfileLatamCent is a specialized nearshore Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and staff augmentation company that bridges the talent gap between North American businesses and highly skilled, bilingual professionals across Latin America. Operating primarily in the remote work sector, the company focuses on building dedicated, full-time teams for US-based companies looking to scale efficiently without the high overhead costs of domestic hiring. Under the hood, LatamCent handles the entire end-to-end process—from rigorous recruitment and technical vetting to payroll and employer-of-record (EOR) compliance—ensuring that clients get top-tier talent in roles such as customer success, IT support, sales development (SDRs), and back-office administration. What sets LatamCent apart from traditional offshore BPOs is the strategic "nearshore" advantage: their talent pool operates in the exact same time zones as the US and possesses deep cultural affinity alongside native-level English proficiency. This allows for seamless, real-time collaboration and a frictionless customer experience, making them an ideal growth partner for SaaS startups, e-commerce brands, and mid-market enterprises aiming to optimize their margins while maintaining premium service quality.
