Job Description

About the Role: MariaDB is the backbone of applications used everyday, and we are looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our remote US team. You will be responsible for the long-term success, value, and retention of your customer portfolio utilizing our MariaDB database solutions. You will strengthen partnerships, drive adoption, and ensure customers maximize value from their investments.

What You'll Do

  • Guide new customers through onboarding for MariaDB deployments and consult on best practices.
  • Manage and maintain the customer portfolio to achieve the company's Net Retention goals.
  • Conduct regular business reviews within accounts, showcasing value and learning about business goals.
  • Coordinate with Account Executives to ensure the upgrade, migration, and/or growth of the customer portfolio.
  • Proactively address customer experience issues early, collaborating with Technical Support as an escalation point.

What You Bring

  • A strong mix of technical acumen, intellectual curiosity, and interpersonal relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of MariaDB features, architecture, and common use cases in enterprise solutions.
  • Ability to develop and maintain C-Level relationships and deliver custom ROI analysis for your portfolio.
  • Experience supporting customers in the public sector is highly preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of customer success principles and excellent time management skills.

  • Base salary range of $70,000 - $75,000 plus an anticipated $30,000 - $32,000 in bonuses.
